
Method:
Keep little distance between two legs and stand up. By
taking deep breath slowly discharge it. Thereafter bent down little ahead keep
both legs on knees and stretch the stomach inside suddenly. This practice is
called Udiyan act. Now upon concentrating between stomach make an attempt to
take out middle muscle out. For this purpose give a slight jerk to the middle
of stomach to the outside then only the muscle will come out. It is called
Madhya Nauli. In the same manner, attempt be made to uplift the muscle of left
and right side respectively in Vam and South and doing these acts one after
another is called Nauli Chalan (operation).
