
Halasana (plough pose, toes stretched at different places)
Stages
- Take
the position of halasana.
- Take
the hands above the head. Interlock the fingers and place the palms just
near the head.
- Stretch
the toes as far as possible from the head.
- Bring
the toes near the head, keeping the legs straight in the knee and lowering
the waist towards the ground, toes may be raised slightly above the ground.
