
In the Shitkari
Pranayama, since the breathing is to be made by uttering Shit word, it is
called Shitkari Pranayama.
Method:
Sit in Padmasan or pleasant manner, open both lips and give round shape.
Thereafter, take breathing from the space between two teeth and start uttering
word Shit. Keeping breath inside for short time, perform Antar Kumbhak,
thereafter discharge out breath slowly by both nestles.
Benefits:
1. Increase made in physical revolution and energy.
2. Victory can
be achieved on sleep, hunger, thirst and laziness by this Pranayama.
3. Moreover,
dental, throat and tongue diseases get better benefit by this Pranayama.
