Method:      Sit in pleasant manner firstly, thereafter give round shape to lips and side by side bent tongue in round inside, start breathing-in slowly, block breathing. Blocking breath as per capacity, discharge breath through both nestles slowly. Initially be done for five times thereafter time be increased and made for 20 to 25 times.
