
Bhramri word is derived from (Honey bee) Bhamra. As the
sound like honey bee is to be made in this Pranayama, it is called Bramri
Pranayama.
Method:
Sit in Padmasana or pleasant state. Close the eye with second and third finger
and ear by thumb, thereafter take a deep breath and make it supplemental and by
discharging through both nestles, start sounding like sound of honey-bee.
Benefits:

In this Pranayama by closing working capacity of five organs, experience of
establishing direct contact with almighty is done.

Increase is done in the working capacities of various mechanisms of body.
3.
By removing diseases of throat, the voice becomes sweat.
4.
It is very much effective Pranayama for a patient of high blood pressure.
