
What is laughter therapy?
We were born with the gift of laughter. Laughter is a natural medicine. It lifts our spirits and makes us feel happy. Laughter is a contagious emotion. It can bring people together. It can help us feel more alive and empowered.
Laughter therapy, also called humor therapy, is the use of humor to promote overall health and wellness. It aims to use the natural physiological process of laughter to help relieve physical or emotional stresses or discomfort.
According to some studies, laughter therapy may provide physical benefits, such as helping to:

· Enhance oxygen intake
· Stimulate the heart and lungs
· Relax muscles throughout the body

Laughter therapy
There is a ancient proverb “one who laugh, he would dwell” and lot of truth is hidden in the proverb. That means a man who laughs always would be liked by all. In fact laughter is not an item sellable in market that it can be easily procured by purchasing from the parlor. It is an invaluable gift of the nature, which is very natural for which no separate charge is to be paid. In spite of the same, it is very painful aspect, as if the laughter is getting snatched away from the lives of most of the people. Laughter gives very much pleasure and joy in the life of each one. Therefore, every person must laugh. When we laugh at that time the surrounding environment is also telling us and we become pleasant. Previously, the laughter was being received from the day to day actions only, but today the man is becoming more and more serious and laughter is going far away. Therefore, here I have put up the laughter in the form of therapy. So make study of the said therapy as much as possible and place it in a very best manner in your life for implementation and you laugh and also make others to laugh and remain healthy.
Today when clubs are being established for laughter therapy, at that time we must take required pain travel up to such clubs or that there are various techniques of laughter and by knowing so we should very openly laugh not more, but at least for ten minutes in our day to day life. I am telling to such extent that a man who is able to laugh openly for ten minutes, such a person is most happy person in the life. That’s all, I do not want to say any more but make more and more laughter daily and make the life pleasant.

If we go to consider benefits of laughter
than it is likely to have a very lengthy list. Therefore, I want to tell not
more but only one thing that you may not do anything in the life but regularly
remain laughing openly and see how the life is beautiful.
