(Murchha) is to become soulless. In this state, the mind of person becomes
without conscious. Therefore, it is called as Murchha Pranayama.
Method: Sit in a pleasant seat as convenient to you. Take
breath by both nestles make it supplemental and thereafter block the breath and
make such an experience that the breath is becoming steady on Adnyachakra
between two eyes. Thus by doing so, within short time, entire conscious vanish
and suddenly the mind would become quiet. Repeat this Pranayama as many times
as possible.
